Well, what can I say about this wedding… it was just perfect, from start to finish! 🙂
Collette actually plans weddings for a living so when she got in touch with me to ask me to film her special day I was obviously very proud and excited for what I knew would be a brilliant day, but also I knew I better had do a good job or I may never work again! ha ha. Luckily for me Collette and Oliver are so lovely to be around that by the end of the day I genuinely felt like a guest at their wedding.
The ceremony was held at the beautiful St Wilfrid’s Church in Mobberley and then on to the gorgeous Mere Court Hotel. The weather was perfect and the day was just filled with so much great live music, from quartets to bands, pianists to singing sisters, it had it all! ha ha. I know you will not get this from the highlights film but their best man speech was also legendary. Oliver’s two brothers combined music and film making to make what surely is the funniest best man speech I will ever see. Great work guys!
My great friend and the AMAZING photographer Neil Redfern covered the day. Neil’s work is simply beautiful and he is also such a pleasure to work with. 🙂
Katie and Nick’s day was so much fun and a real pleasure to be apart of. As you will hopefully see from the film, everyone had such an amazing time and the day just seemed to fly by.
This is the first time I have ever filmed at the beautiful Albright Hussey Manor House, and I thought it was such a perfect wedding venue. We were lucky to have such great weather which really added to the day and it allowed all the guests to enjoy the wonderful gardens and surroundings there.
It was also great to get to work with Jonny draper photography again. Jonny employs the same relaxed and natural approach to working as we do so it’s always a lot of fun when we work together.
Ivanka and Ashleys wedding was the first time I have ever filmed a Ukrainian wedding, and i found it so much fun. The day was packed with great music and entertainment as well as so fantastic some Ukrainian traditions.
The ceremony was held at the beautiful St Mary’s Ukrianian Catholic Church in Manchester and the reception was at the beautiful Place Hotel.
Stephanie and Mark had such a wonderful wedding surrounded by their fantastic family, and lots and lots of incredible flowers! The ceremony was held at St Anne’s Church in Lydgate and then back to The White Hart for their reception. I have filmed at the White Hart before but I have never seen it look quite like this before… The flowers and decorations were amazing and gave the place a real magical feel. It was a great pleasure to be a part of this day and meet such a lovely group of people.
The increible flowers were provided by the brilliant Mat from Red Floral.
